Booking and payment at the Bergparadies
How can I make a booking at the Bergparadies?

You can book online via our website, by e-mail or by telephone.

Is online booking secure?

The information you enter in our online booking form is SSL secured and therefore very well protected. However, if you prefer not to send us your credit card details via our form, please send them to us by e-mail.

Will I receive confirmation of my online booking?

Of course you will receive a booking confirmation for every booking you make.

Do I need a credit card to complete my booking?

No, you can also pay the deposit for the booking by bank transfer.

Will my credit card be charged at the time of booking?

If you use your credit card for the deposit, it will be charged with 30 % of the accommodation price as a deposit.

What payment methods are available on site, at the Bergparadies?

We accept cash, Maestro and credit cards (Mastercard and Visa).

Can I also book for a larger group?

For special requests or larger groups please contact us by e-mail or phone.

Can I book just for 1 or 2 nights at the Bergparadies?

You are very welcome to book a short stay, but it is subject to availability.

Services at the Bergparadies
What are the opening hours of the reception desk?

Our reception is open daily from 08.00 to 12.00 a.m. and from 01.00 to 05.00 p.m. (We reserve the right to change our reception hours, especially in the low season .)

Can I arrive outside reception hours (e.g. at night)?

Of course, late arrivals are possible. Just let us know in advance and we will leave an envelope with your name on it at the entrance, after the first door in the lobby, with all the necessary information and the key cards.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

In summer you can check in from 03.00 p.m. and check out until 10.00 a.m.
In winter you can check in from 04.00 p.m. and check out until 10.00 a.m.

Is there a shuttle service?

We are happy to provide a shuttle service at a fee. For more information please contact us via chat, e-mail or phone.

Is smoking allowed at the Bergparadies?

We only have non-smoking apartments. You are welcome to smoke on the balconies and terraces.

Can I bring my pet?

Pets are very welcome at the Bergparadies, but there is an extra charge of € 15.00 per pet per day.

Where can I park?

We have our own large car park at the Bergparadies where our guests can park free of charge.

Are the apartments cleaned during my stay?

The apartments are only cleaned for the next guests after your departure. However, you are welcome to order an extra cleaning service for a fee during your stay.

Can I do my laundry at the Bergparadies?

There is a washing machine (for a fee) and tumble dryer in the basement (next to the ski cellar). An ironing station is also available. Laundry racks for the apartment can be rented at the reception.

Catering at the Bergparadies
Which catering options are available at the Bergparadies?

In our Apartment & Studio Hotel we offer a wide range of catering options so that you can organise your holiday as flexibly and effortlessly as possible. You can order our regional breakfast or bread service daily until 4.30 p.m. the day before. For breakfast in your room or a quick snack, vending machines are available in our lobby 24 hours a day with a wide range of mostly regional products.

Do I have to book breakfast for my entire stay?

No, we give you the freedom to decide each day whether or not you want to take advantage of our breakfast offer. Just let us know the day before if you would like to book breakfast (at reception or via the app).

What are the breakfast times?

Breakfast is served daily from 7.30 a.m. to 10.00 a.m.

How much does breakfast cost?

Breakfast is € 17.00 per person per day for adults (15 years and older), € 13.00 for children aged 11 to 14.99, € 9.00 for children aged 7 to 10.99 and € 7.00 for children aged 3 to 6.99. Children under 3 years of age eat breakfast for free at the Bergparadies.

What about allergies?

If you have any food intolerances or allergies, please let us know in advance. We will do our best to provide alternatives.

Do you also cook at the Bergparadies?

We also offer half board for groups of 30 or more.

Is there a supermarket nearby?

The Spar supermarket is a 5 minute walk away.

Facilities at the Bergparadies
Is there WIFI at the Bergparadies?

WIFI is available in every apartment and is free of charge.

What are the apartments like?

All apartments have comfortable bedrooms, modern bathrooms with shower and toilet, a beautiful living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. Each apartment also has a balcony or terrace. There is a lift in the PLUS area.

Is there a hairdryer?

Yes, there is a hairdryer in each bathroom.

Are towels and linen provided?

Bed linen, towels and bath towels are provided once for each guest on arrival (included in the price). The bed is already made and the towels are in the bathroom.

Can I have the towels changed?

Towels can be changed at reception for a fee.

We are coming with our baby. What do we need to bring?

We are happy to provide cots, high chairs and stair guards free of charge. Due to limited availability, please contact us prior to arrival.

Changing or cancelling a booking
Can I change or cancel my booking?

Of course you can change or cancel your booking. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy.

Is cancellation insurance available?

We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance with our partner Europäische Reiseversicherung.
